THERAPY INTENSIVES
More time. More depth. More space to do meaningful work.
Therapy intensives offer extended individual sessions for times when you want more space to work with something deeply, without having to stop just as the work begins to unfold.
Sessions may integrate IFS, EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic approaches, and other experiential therapies based on your needs, goals, and readiness.
I offer 90-minute, 3-hour, and 5.5-hour therapy intensives through telehealth for individual clients throughout California.
A DIFFERENT WAY OF WORKING
Sometimes fifty minutes isn't enough space for the work you want to do.
Sometimes understanding a pattern isn't the same as feeling free from it.
You may recognize what's happening and even understand where it began, yet still find yourself responding in familiar ways. An intensive creates more space to explore these experiences without feeling rushed.
An intensive may be worth considering if you:
Want focused time for emotional or trauma-related work
Feel constrained by the pace of weekly sessions
Are working with a specific memory, trigger, or recurring pattern
Prefer fewer, longer sessions with time for preparation, processing, and integration
We'll decide together whether an extended session is appropriate.
The difference isn't simply more time. It's what that time allows us to do.
Extended time lets us understand what is happening, establish resources, move into deeper experiential work when appropriate, and ground and integrate before we finish. The session is tailored to what emerges and what your nervous system can hold that day.
An intensive may focus on EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, somatic therapy, or a thoughtful integration of approaches. EMDR can support the processing of distressing memories; IFS offers a compassionate way to explore protective and vulnerable parts; Brainspotting brings focused attention to emotional and bodily responses; and somatic therapy supports awareness of nervous-system activation and regulation.
The approach is individualized according to your goals, readiness, and clinical needs.
The structure serves the work—not the other way around.

WHEN YOU'RE READY
You don't have to know exactly how much time you need before we begin.
We can start with a conversation about what you're hoping to work on and determine together whether an intensive—and what length of session—makes sense for you.
