EXPERIENTIAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

Therapy that goes deeper.

Specialized psychotherapy for adults who understand their patterns but still find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or repeating patterns they already understand.

YOU MAY BE HERE BECAUSE

You understand the pattern.

But understanding hasn't fully changed it.

You may have spent years reflecting, growing, and gaining insight into why you respond the way you do. And yet certain patterns can still take over—leaving you anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, self-critical, or caught in familiar ways of relating to yourself and others.

Sometimes knowing why something happens isn't the same as experiencing change where it matters most.

A DIFFERENT WAY OF WORKING

Healing involves more than understanding your story.

Insight can help us make sense of our experiences. But patterns shaped by trauma, attachment, and earlier relationships often live beyond our conscious understanding—in our emotions, our bodies, our nervous systems, and the ways we learned to protect ourselves.

My approach is experiential and integrative. Together, we work with what is happening beneath the surface—not only what you think about your experiences, but how they continue to be held and felt. The work is collaborative, carefully paced, and tailored to what you need.

AREAS OF FOCUS

Anxiety may be connected to perfectionism. Relationship difficulties may be shaped by earlier attachment experiences. Burnout may have roots in patterns of overfunctioning, self-criticism, or feeling responsible for everyone around you.

Rather than treating these experiences as separate problems, we can explore how they are connected—and work with the deeper patterns underneath them.

Trauma & Emotional Patterns

Trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, shame, self-criticism, and experiences from the past that still feel present.

Perfectionism, Burnout & Inner Pressure

Perfectionism, overfunctioning, chronic responsibility, difficulty slowing down, and the pressure to keep doing even when you're depleted.

Relationships & Attachment

Attachment wounds, relationship patterns, people-pleasing, difficulty with boundaries, and fears of conflict, rejection, or disconnection.

The patterns that bring us to therapy rarely exist in isolation.

THERAPY INTENSIVES

More time. More depth.

More room for the work.

For some clients, the traditional therapy hour can feel too limited for deeper experiential and trauma-focused work.

Extended 90-minute, 2-hour, and 3-hour sessions offer more time to settle in, follow what emerges, and work with greater continuity—without having to stop just as something meaningful begins to unfold.

Intensives may incorporate IFS, EMDR, somatic therapy, Brainspotting, and other approaches based on your needs, readiness, and treatment goals.

Specialized training.

A deeply human approach.

I bring together advanced training in IFS, EMDR, somatic therapy, and trauma-focused approaches with a warm, relational way of working. My goal is to create a space where you can feel understood without being rushed, analyzed, or reduced to a diagnosis—and where we can work at the pace and depth your system needs.

I work especially well with thoughtful, self-aware adults who have already done meaningful work on themselves but still feel that certain patterns remain unresolved. Therapy with me is collaborative, experiential, and tailored to the person in front of me.

Different approaches.

One integrated process.

HOW I WORK

The methods I use are not separate formulas. I draw from them thoughtfully and collaboratively based on what you're working through, what emerges in session, and what feels most supportive to your process.

01

IFS

A compassionate way of working with the parts of you that carry pain, protection, fear, and conflicting needs—while strengthening access to greater clarity, curiosity, and inner steadiness.

02

EMDR

A trauma-focused approach that helps the nervous system process experiences that continue to feel unresolved, even when you understand intellectually that they are in the past.

03

Somatic Therapy

An approach that includes the body's responses, sensations, and signals in the healing process rather than relying on insight and cognitive understanding alone.

You don't have to have it all figured out before we begin.

WHEN YOU'RE READY

A complimentary 15-minute consultation gives us a chance to talk briefly about what you're looking for, answer questions, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
